Q4:What should I do if my camera doesn't recognize the CF card?

  1. Check Compatibility: Ensure that your camera is compatible with CF cards. Consult your camera's user manual or specifications to confirm compatibility.

  2. Inspect the CF Card: Check the CF card for any physical damage, dust, or debris. If possible, try inserting the CF card into another compatible camera or card reader to see if it is recognized.

  3. Clean the Contacts: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the gold contacts on the CF card. Dirt or debris on the contacts can prevent proper communication between the card and the camera.

  4. Format the CF Card: If the CF card is recognized by other devices but not your camera, try formatting the card using your camera's formatting option. Be aware that formatting will erase all data on the card, so make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.

  5. Update Camera Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your camera. Sometimes, firmware updates include fixes for compatibility issues with memory

If none of the above problems are solved, we will provide 30 days return service, please refer to Returns & Warranty for details
